Functions:
1. Town Walk: Provides a glimpse into the PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE of the Great East Japan Earthquake Disaster area through photos.
2. Tsunami Level Indicator: Displays the height of tsunami floodwaters from the Great East Japan Earthquake in your current location.
